Yclas Neo

Sites

When you sign in to the admin panel, you land on the Sites page — the list of every marketplace belonging to your current team. From here you create new sites, open one to manage it, and reach the rest of the admin panel.

The admin panel runs on a separate domain from your storefronts — localhost in local development, or typically app.yclas-neo.com in production.

Your sites

Each site in the list shows:

  • Site name — the name you chose when creating the site
  • Subdomain — the marketplace URL (for example, acme.on-yclas.com)
  • Actions — links to visit the storefront and manage the site

Sites are organized around teams. Each team can own multiple sites, and team members share access to every site in the team.

Creating a new site

Click New site and enter a name. Yclas Neo handles the rest — subdomain generation, a dedicated database, and 9 default categories so your marketplace is ready to use right away.

If you don't have any sites yet, the page shows a prompt to create your first one.

Subscription required

You need an active subscription to create sites. Without one, the Sites page shows a prompt to start a free trial (or to subscribe, if you've had a subscription before). See Billing & plans for details.

Opening a site

Click a site's Manage action to open its Home page — a getting-started guide for testing and setting up your marketplace. The site management sidebar then lets you move between Home, View marketplace, Users (Manage), and General and Categories (Build).

See Site settings for full details.

The rest of the admin panel

  • Billing — manage your team's subscription, trial, and invoices. See Billing & plans.
  • Account — your admin profile, security, teams, and appearance. See Account settings.

Team-based access

Sites are owned by teams, not individual users, which means:

  • All team members can access all sites within the team
  • You can invite new members to your team
  • Team membership is required to reach the admin panel

You manage teams — members, roles, and invitations — from Account settings → Teams. See Account settings for details.

If you're removed from a team, you lose access to all of that team's sites.

Team membership required

If you try to open a site belonging to a team you're not a member of, you'll be denied access.
