Plans & limits
Yclas Neo has three plans: a generous Free tier you can use indefinitely, Go for operators who want to make their marketplace their own, and Zen for those who want priority support. Every plan includes the full product — unlimited everything. No credit card is required to start, there's no time limit on Free, and there's no trial clock on the paid plans — the Free tier is the trial.

Everything is included on every plan — listings, members, staff users, marketplace sites, and every feature. Paid plans differ in only three ways: they let you remove the Yclas Neo branding, use a custom domain, and (on Zen) get priority support.
The Free tier
Every account starts on the Free tier. No credit card required.
The Free tier includes the full product, with no limits on usage:
- Unlimited members
- Unlimited listings
- Unlimited staff users (team members with admin access)
- Unlimited marketplace sites
- Free subdomain (like
acme.on-yclas.com) - Every feature included
You can run a real marketplace on the Free tier for as long as you want. The Free tier shows a small "Powered by Yclas Neo" badge on your storefront footer.
The Free tier is the trial
There's no separate free trial on the paid plans. Free gives you unlimited time, no credit card, and every feature. You only upgrade when you want to white-label your marketplace with a custom domain and remove the Yclas Neo branding.
What's different on paid plans?
Paid plans unlock the same product, white-labelled. The three differences:
Remove the Yclas Neo branding
On the Free tier, a small "Powered by Yclas Neo" link appears in your storefront footer. On Go and Zen, this badge is removed entirely so your marketplace is completely your own.
Custom domain
On the Free tier, your marketplace runs on a subdomain like acme.on-yclas.com. On Go and Zen, you can point a custom domain you own (like example.com) at your marketplace. See Domain for setup.
Priority support (Zen only)
Zen adds priority support, so your questions reach the front of the queue.
Upgrading
When you're ready to make your marketplace your own, upgrade directly from the admin panel — no need to contact anyone.
- Go to Billing in the account sidebar.
- Choose Go or Zen.
- Enter your card details. Payments are secured by Stripe.
- Click Subscribe. Billing starts immediately — there's no trial period.
Managing your subscription
Once you're on a paid plan, the Billing page lets you manage everything:
- Switch plan — Move between Go and Zen at any time. Stripe applies proration automatically, so you only pay the difference (or receive credit) for the remaining billing period.
- Manage in Stripe — Open the Stripe billing portal to update your card, download invoices, and view billing history.
- Cancel — Cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your team moves back to the Free plan. No further charges are made.
- Resume — If you've cancelled but the period hasn't ended, you can resume and keep your current plan.
Cancelling drops you to Free
When a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its billing period, the team moves to the Free plan. Nothing about your marketplace changes — members, listings, and sites all keep working. The Yclas Neo branding badge reappears, and any custom domain stays configured but new ones can't be added until you resubscribe.
Key concepts
What's a member?
A "member" is anyone who creates an account on your marketplace — buyers, sellers, anyone who registers. Members are unlimited on every plan.
What's a listing?
A "listing" is any post created on your marketplace storefront by you or your users — items for sale, properties, job openings, services, whatever your marketplace is for. Listings include photos, prices, descriptions, and categories.

What's a staff user?
Staff users are team members who can log into the admin panel to manage sites, categories, listings, and members. Every plan — including Free — includes unlimited staff users at no extra cost. Invite your whole team from day one.
Billing details
- Billing cycle — Monthly only. Yearly billing isn't offered yet.
- Payment methods — Major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe.
- Currency — USD.
- Custom domains — Available on the Go and Zen plans. The Free tier uses a subdomain.
